1) In the case of customers who prefer paying on release, down payments are accepted through PayPal. $200 per case and $50 per playset. These are payment made through friends and family and is not refundable if you decided to cancel. Please email us. Upon release, If you have not paid the balance 6 days after the release date, down payment is forfeit.
2) All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns are accepted.
3) If your order contains a pre-order and an in-stock item. Your order will only be sent when all items are instock.
